特別規(guī)則說(shuō)明：

男子/女子/混合二人轉(zhuǎn)：選手兩人一隊(duì)，共同進(jìn)行一圈比賽，在兩人都完賽前提下取用時(shí)較多者為該隊(duì)成績(jī)計(jì)算名次。如有一人及以上未完賽則該隊(duì)成績(jī)不做計(jì)算。

男子/女子/混合接力組：選手兩人一隊(duì)，接力完成每人一圈，共計(jì)兩圈的賽程。選手發(fā)車順序不作限制。每隊(duì)選手必須完成接力動(dòng)作，未接力的隊(duì)伍，成績(jī)不作計(jì)算。

Rules:

Man/Women/Mix Double - Two works as a team to complete a lap, time will be taken for the second person who crossing the finishing line. The result will not be counted if one of the person did not complete a lap.

Man/Women/Mix Relay - Two works as a team to complete two laps in the race, first team member will need to complete the first lap and passing the baton for the second team member before he/she is leaving the starting check point. Failing to comply the relay actions will be disqualified.

四、參賽資格

-參賽者比賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須攜帶本人有效證件（身份證或護(hù)照、港澳通行證、臺(tái)胞證、軍官證）原件。

-除親子接力組及職工體驗(yàn)組外其余組別參賽選手需年滿16周歲。未滿18周歲選手參加比賽必須由其法定監(jiān)護(hù)人陪同并出具書面擔(dān)保。

-親子接力組參賽家庭中的兒童年齡限制為7-11周歲，性別不限。選手參賽車輛需自行配備，競(jìng)賽時(shí)必須佩帶頭盔。

-青少年組參賽選手年齡限制為12-15周歲，性別不限。選手參賽車輛需自行配備，競(jìng)賽時(shí)必須佩帶頭盔。

-參賽者應(yīng)長(zhǎng)期從事自行車鍛煉，必須具有良好的適合本次比賽的健康狀況，要求身體健康，無(wú)視力、聽力、語(yǔ)言、發(fā)熱、感冒、心臟病、高血壓、心肌梗、腦栓等任 何影響比賽的身體疾病或障礙，心理健康、情緒穩(wěn)定、未服用任何影響神智的飲品、酒類、藥物、食物或保健品等。比賽組織方有權(quán)禁止不適合參賽的選手進(jìn)行比賽。

-參賽者性別和國(guó)籍不限。

-在中國(guó)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)注冊(cè)的現(xiàn)役及退役不滿2年的運(yùn)動(dòng)員不得報(bào)名參加男/女子挑戰(zhàn)組（20KM）及青少年組比賽 。如經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)取消比賽成績(jī)。

-選手需在賽前簽署《法律責(zé)任免除與權(quán)利放棄書》，簽字人與參賽人應(yīng)一致，未成年人應(yīng)由家長(zhǎng)或法定監(jiān)護(hù)人簽名�！斗�律責(zé)任免除與權(quán)利放棄書》可以從賽事官網(wǎng)下載并打印，簽名后交至現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽到處，或在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)簽到處領(lǐng)取并簽名。

4. Race Qualification

- Please bring valid original ID (citizen ID or passport, HK and Macau Permit, Taiwan Permit, Military ID) on the event date

- Participators must be 16 years old except Family and Staff Member Try-out groups. Participators who are under 18 years old must be with legal guardians and bring signed Guarantee Documents

- Participators must be in good health condition. No seeing, hearing and speaking deficient. No flu, fever, heart disease, high blood pressure, MI, Stroke, etc.

No metal disease, and no drink of alcohol and no take of medication. For those who  

violate limitations above, organizers can disqualify their participation.

-No limitations on gender and nationality

-Professional athletes who retired less than 3 years and registered under the China Cycling Associate are only allowed to join the Man/Women 60KM group

-All the participators must sign wavier in person. Those who under 18 years old must have legal guardians signed wavier. Wavier can be downloaded from the official website or got it from the sign-in station.

   簽到時(shí)每個(gè)參賽項(xiàng)目繳納 100 元/人計(jì)時(shí)器押金，比賽完成后憑計(jì)時(shí)器退回押金。

5、注意事項(xiàng)：

參賽前請(qǐng)務(wù)必認(rèn)真閱讀《賽事規(guī)程》以及《法律責(zé)任免除與權(quán)利放棄書》，選手需在賽前簽署《法律責(zé)任免除與權(quán)利放棄書》，簽字人與參賽人應(yīng)一致，未成年人應(yīng)由家長(zhǎng)或法定監(jiān)護(hù)人簽名。

5. Attention

Please read rulebook and Wavier carefully before the race. Please sign the wavier in person before the race. Participators under 18 years old need signatures from legal guardians.

6、監(jiān)督及舉報(bào)：

3月20日起至3月24日，賽事官網(wǎng)公開參賽名單，并接受監(jiān)督及舉報(bào)，被舉報(bào)不符合參賽資格的名單將于 3月24日遞交中國(guó)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)核查，經(jīng)查屬實(shí)將取消參賽資格。經(jīng)舉報(bào)被取消參賽資格的選手報(bào)名費(fèi)不予退回。郵箱：info@heros.org.cn

7. Investigation

Beginning from Mar 20th to 24th, the official website will release the name list for investigation and reporting purposes. Anyone who fails to pass the investigation by China Cycling Associate will not be qualified for the race and the registration fee is non-refundable. Reporting email address: infor@heros.org.cn

         2、每名選手每個(gè)比賽日限報(bào)一項(xiàng)單人賽及一項(xiàng)多人賽。如同時(shí)參加兩天比賽，報(bào)名費(fèi)按單項(xiàng)人均最高額收取一次。

         3、報(bào)名費(fèi)用含比賽當(dāng)日自行車賽事專用保險(xiǎn)、礦泉水、補(bǔ)給品

         4、所有參賽選手需自備比賽用車和護(hù)具，比賽時(shí)必須佩戴頭盔和手套。

         5、所有參賽選手在簽到時(shí)將獲得由ROLLINGSTONE為本次賽事特制的HEROS紀(jì)念水壺一個(gè)。

六、賽道信息

賽道描述（點(diǎn)擊此處下載賽道高清圖）：

A賽道----男/女子公開組、男/女子挑戰(zhàn)組、男子/女子/混合二人轉(zhuǎn)組、

男子/女子/接力組、職工體驗(yàn)組比賽線路，單圈長(zhǎng)度20KM。

由越野及爬坡綜合路況組成。

B賽道----青少年組、親子接力組比賽線路，單圈長(zhǎng)度5KM。

由鋪設(shè)及起伏路面組成

七、賽事規(guī)則

比賽檢錄

1. 每組比賽開始前45-60分鐘開始進(jìn)行檢錄（根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況而定），比賽開始前10分鐘停止檢錄，未檢錄者視自動(dòng)放棄，未經(jīng)檢錄而進(jìn)行比賽者即使完成比賽成績(jī)亦無(wú)效。

2. 檢錄時(shí)，裁判將根據(jù)參賽者身份證或戶口簿、護(hù)照等有效證件進(jìn)行身份確認(rèn)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有更改者或冒名頂替者將直接取消參賽資格( 不得代替他人檢錄參加比賽)。

3. 檢錄時(shí)裁判將檢查車手是否按規(guī)定佩帶頭盔、手套、號(hào)碼布，車輛是否按規(guī)定固定號(hào)碼牌、計(jì)時(shí)器。如上述未按規(guī)定執(zhí)行，裁判有權(quán)要求車手重新處理直至合格為止，否則導(dǎo)致的不能參賽或資格取消，車手責(zé)任自負(fù)。

4. 完成檢錄后選手集中在檢錄區(qū)等候，不得離開。

5. 檢錄后未按裁判發(fā)令統(tǒng)一出發(fā)者（如檢錄后自行離開，在比賽開始后返回）， 不得中途加入比賽，即使完成比賽，成績(jī)亦無(wú)效。

Check-in

1.Check-in starts 45-60 minutes prior to the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. Participators who fail to go through check-in process will not have valid racing results

2.Participators who fail to pass ID verification will be removed from the racing list

3.Please wear Helmet, gloves, make sure BIB and timing chip on proper positions before check-in. Participators who fail to fulfill the requirements will be disqualified from the race.

4.Please do not leave check-in area after the check-in process, otherwise will not have valid racing results

比賽規(guī)則

1. 本組比賽用車為山地車，比賽為大組出發(fā)，個(gè)人計(jì)時(shí)制，完成規(guī)定圈數(shù)，比賽用時(shí)少者優(yōu)勝。

2. 賽事中，裁判有權(quán)按組別、參加者數(shù)量、水平等狀況決定是否采取合并組別出發(fā)、比賽，合并組別不影響比賽成績(jī)記錄及獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

3. 每組騎行圈數(shù)按賽項(xiàng)約定進(jìn)行，裁判有權(quán)根據(jù)當(dāng)日實(shí)際情況采取是否加、減圈數(shù)或采取關(guān)門的權(quán)利。

4. 所有比賽競(jìng)技糾紛由當(dāng)場(chǎng)比賽裁判長(zhǎng)判決。

5. 對(duì)比賽成績(jī)有異議者在比賽成績(jī)發(fā)布后半小時(shí)內(nèi)向裁判長(zhǎng)提出書面仲裁申訴，提供相關(guān)證件及相應(yīng)證據(jù)。逾時(shí)否則視為放棄申訴權(quán)利。

6. 參賽選手的參賽用車、裝備與護(hù)具自備，參賽者在比賽期間必須佩戴頭盔、手套，安裝比賽號(hào)碼，否則裁判有權(quán)隨時(shí)取消參賽資格并令其提前終止比賽。

7. 比賽中不得有抄近道、不得漏跑圈數(shù)，不得故意沖撞、排擠、刮蹭他人，否則取消比賽成績(jī)。

8. 比賽采取電子計(jì)時(shí)為主、人工計(jì)時(shí)為輔的計(jì)時(shí)方式。

9. 比賽中容許攜帶輪胎、維修工具進(jìn)行自行維修，不得借助外部力量維修。

10. 賽事主裁由中國(guó)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)指派，比賽規(guī)則如有未盡規(guī)定，參照中國(guó)自行車運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)最新規(guī)則執(zhí)行。

11. 賽事當(dāng)日如遇一般性的刮風(fēng)、下雨天氣，比賽將照常，不延期、更改日期。

賽事當(dāng)日如遇雷雨、狂風(fēng)、暴雨等特別惡劣天氣，比賽可能將被延遲、延期或擇日舉行或終止或被取消，請(qǐng)大家理解支持，報(bào)名費(fèi)用恕不能退還。

12. 如遇下雨等天氣，裁判組有權(quán)根據(jù)賽事進(jìn)展情況、天氣狀況等采取合并或分組、增減圈數(shù)、提前或推后發(fā)車等措施以保證順利完成比賽，敬請(qǐng)車手注意現(xiàn)場(chǎng)公告、通知。因此導(dǎo)致的比賽異議，賽事組委會(huì)恕不受理投訴。也請(qǐng)車友提前到場(chǎng)隨時(shí)關(guān)注現(xiàn)場(chǎng)通知及公告。

13. 如因雷雨天氣等因素導(dǎo)致比賽計(jì)時(shí)器無(wú)法工作，比賽成績(jī)將以人工記錄、攝像記錄等為主，裁判組將只能提供獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)名次，無(wú)比賽用時(shí)及其他名次，敬請(qǐng)諒解。

14. 請(qǐng)車友在比賽前幾天及當(dāng)日注意登錄我們的賽事網(wǎng)站、微博，查看最新通知或信息。同時(shí)，請(qǐng)保持手機(jī)開機(jī)，以便我們及時(shí)通過短信等方式通知變化、更改事宜。

Regulations

1.Mountain bikes are required. Participators depart together, timing chip will record each one’s racing time and winner is the one who uses the least time

2.Referees have the right to combine race groups according to racing day conditions. But it won’t change the results and rewards

3.Referees have the right to increase or decrease the race laps and decide cut-off rules due to racing day conditions.

4.Any dispute will be judged by chief referee

5.Anyone who has second thought about the racing result could submit written arbitration application and evidence to chief referee during half hour after the results are released. Otherwise, no application will be accepted.  

6.Participators must wear protecting equipment, such as helmets, gloves, and BIB and use proper racing bikes

7.Participators must not take shortcuts or fewer laps during race. Must not bump, push or rub other participators deliberately.

8.Auto recording system is the main method for timing, while supported by manually timing

9.Back-up tier and self-repairing tools are allowed during the race. No outside support allowed.

10.Chief referee is assigned by China Cycling Assocaite and follow the latest CCA rules

11.If encountering rainy and windy weather, the race will be held as normal.

If encountering severe weather situation, such as storming and lighting, the race may be postponed or cancelled. The registration fee is non-refundable.

12.If encountering rainy and windy weather, referees have the right to combine groups, decrease racing laps or change the race time. Please be aware of the public notice.

13.If timing chip is not working due to bad weather, referees will only manually record the top places.

競(jìng)技裝備要求

1. 比賽用車

  （1）參賽者自備參賽車輛、裝備與護(hù)具，所有車輛不得配有任何非人力傳動(dòng)、助動(dòng)裝置。

  （2）比賽用車為24、26、27.5、29寸山地車。

  （3）比賽時(shí)所用外胎為1.75及以上山地齒胎，不得使用光頭胎。

  （4）比賽用車需裝備有一定行程的避震軟叉，不得使用硬叉參加比賽。

  （5）前后輪均有良好的制動(dòng)裝置。

Equipment requirements

1.Racing bike

-All bikes are not allowed to install motor power or any supporting device

-26” 27.5”29”mountain bikes only

-Tiers must be 1.75”and wider off-road

-Front fork must be equipped of shocks function. No hard ford allowed

-Both tires must in good brake condition

2. 人身裝備

  （1）按比賽規(guī)定佩戴計(jì)時(shí)器和號(hào)碼牌。

  （2）比賽必須佩戴頭盔。

  （3）比賽中可佩戴眼鏡、手表等安全用品，但不得攜帶、佩戴酒瓶、玻璃容器、音樂播放器等影響比賽或安全的物品。

2.Participator

-Must wear timing chip and BIB

-Must wear helmets

-Glasses and watches are allowed to wear. Plastic bottles, MP3 and any other hazardous equipment are not allowed
